Ms.Shalini Kothakonda

Ms.Shalini Kothakonda is the chief promoter of Odisha Multispecialty hospital and trauma care center pvt ltd. She is second generation health sector entrepreneur and her father Dr. Bose K is one of the founder directors of Rohini Super Specialty Hospital, Warangal.

After her graduation in Microbiology she went on to do Masters in Hospital Administration from Hyderabad. A senior management position was hers to take in Rohini hospital but she is not one who takes an easy route. She worked in Agarwal Hospital Bangaluru to horn the skills of hospital management. On special and personal request of directors she took up administrative position at NRI Hospital, Mangalagiri.

Impressed by her work ethics and integrity Chairman of one of the medical college in vizag persuaded her to look after execution of a green field project of establishing a medical college and teaching hospital at Sanghivalasa, Visakhapatnam. Once that is accomplished she had a brief stint at Sevenhills Hospital, Visakhapatnam working for NABH certification.

She then moved to Bhubaneswar and started Shree Hospitals along with a group of like minded health care professionals. She is workaholic, sincere, experienced, knowledgeable and more importantly a person of integrity. She is respected and admired both by her staff, friends as well as competitors. Her passion for quality of service and growth of company coupled with her dedication means a chain of Shree hospitals in not a very distant future.

Dr.Ravi Sankar Katragadda

MS; FRCS (UK); MCh (ortho) (UK).

Dr.Ravi Sankar Katragadda is a highly qualified and experienced Orthopaedic surgeon. He spent 12 long years working at various hospitals in the UK and imbibed principles and practice of quality health care delivery. He returned to India in 2004 and introduced and popularized Joint Replacement surgery in costal Andhra Pradesh. He worked for an year in Bhubaneswar way back in 2008 and performed good number of joint replacements at a time when joint replacement was almost unknown in Orissa.

Apart from replacement surgery he is an experienced spine surgeon. He worked for two years at premier spinal centers in Europe. He is also experienced in tackling complex trauma cases like pelvic fractures, poly trauma and ligament injuries.

He is very passionate about orthopaedic surgery and patient care. He enjoys a very good rapport with patients. He talks, breaths and dreams orthopaedics. Patients are his gods and surgery is his opium. Apart from being an excellent surgeon he is also a good physician and strives to give holistic care to his patients. More importantly he is a good human being and that is the quality that endears him to his patients. Being loyal is second nature to him and is a great asset to the company. Dr. Debadatta Ku. Sahu

Dr. Debadatta Ku. Sahu, hails from western Orissa and son of a very popular physician. He graduated from and did his post graduation in Orthopaedic surgery at SCB medical college, Cuttack.

After completion of his masters he worked for four years at RML hospital, New Delhi and gained excellent experience in and exposure to trauma surgery. He then worked for an year in a premier spinal injury Centre, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi.

He is a good surgeon and amassed wealth of experience and his grasp of principles of medical care is remarkable. He worked in various major hospitals as consultant orthopaedic surgeon.

Establishing a hospital has been his dream and ambition for many years and finally his efforts came into fruition. He really enjoys being in the thick of hospital matters and his zeal for administrative work is well known in the organization..

Dr.Anuradha Pradhan

Dr.Anuradha Pradhan is from family of doctors in Western Orissa and completed her MBBS from Dhanbad. She is pursuing masters degree in ophthalmology at Burla and would be joining the team at Shree hospitals soon.
